A PHOTO ESSAY
The saga that was my travel to Buenos Aires is a couple of days behind me, but I thought I’d explain my experiences visually, rather than with my usual rambling.
first things first? what was i going to wear?
So I opted for my usual:
And thought to myself, well, I’ll suffer through it, because
I make it on the plane, and fly to LA.
After 3 hours, I board my flight from LA...
I Have Arrived.
It’s been a long trip, but I’m finally here. In my brief outing this evening I have one thing to say:
There is an insane amount of material for this blog. Insane. Stay tuned, tomorrow will be a description of my trip via photo essay. I larfed a deep belly larf to myself in the airport when piecing it together in my head.
For now, more malbec and another empanada.

Holy shit, this is actually happening.
Booked my flight today.
Booking a one way flight to another continent is so… ultimate. It’s terrifying and exciting and I can’t stop pacing around.
Why am I even doing this?
The job kinda fell in my lap and I couldn’t say no. I mean a) it’s going to be a crazy opportunity for me to learn a TON - my resume will be seriously beefed up when all is said and done. b)...
So I'm Trying to Learn Spanish
Seeing as all I know how to do is order tacos, tequila and beer, it would probably be advantageous for me to pick up the slightest amount of conversational spanish - well, enough for me to get to my place from the airport.
I’m reasonably concerned that at this point, because of my stark lack of conversation skills, I could go see a doctor for something trivial like a cold and come home...
